Black Friday Photo Session Agreement
By purchasing a Black Friday Photo Session with Adina Levitan Photography, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Scheduling
The session must be scheduled and completed by December 31, 2026.
Sessions purchased through the Black Friday Sale will not be scheduled after this date.
Sessions will be booked according to the photographer’s availability, though all reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate my preferred date.
2. Session Type & Group Size
Mini Sessions: Up to 5 people
Full Sessions: Up to 12 people
Additional individuals are $25 per person.
3. Location
Session locations are selected at the photographer’s discretion, with efforts made to accommodate my location request.
Locations must be within 30 minutes of Pikesville, MD.
Additional travel fees may apply for further distances.
4. Payment
The session is not considered reserved until full payment is sent via Zelle to adinalevitanphotography@gmail.com.
All Black Friday sessions are non-refundable but may be gifted to another family with advance notice.
5. Weather, Rescheduling & Cancellations
The photographer may reschedule due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Clients may request one reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or client no-shows result in forfeiture of the session with no refund.
6. Late Arrival
Late arrivals will shorten the session time. Sessions may not be extended past the scheduled end time.
7. Deliverables
The number of images delivered will vary, but all final images provided will be professionally edited and ready to print.
Standard editing is included.
Retouching (skin smoothing, object removal, etc.) is $10 per image.
No physical prints are included.
8. Turnaround Time
Final galleries are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks.
During busy seasons, delivery may take up to 3–4 weeks.
9. Image Style
I understand that the photographer edits in her signature bright, well-lit, colorful style.
Requests for alternate editing styles are not included in the session fee.
10. File Storage
Delivered galleries will remain accessible for 30 days.
After this period, the photographer cannot guarantee file backup or replacement.
11. Health & Safety
If any participant is ill (fever, vomiting, or contagious illness), the session must be rescheduled.
12. Simcha/Event Photography
This session may not be applied directly to Simcha/Event photography.
It may be scheduled before a Simcha/Event or used with the purchase of at least one hour of Simcha/Event coverage at $300/hour.
Deliverables:
Photographer will provide the Client with a personal online gallery, available for 30 days. After 30 days, a $50 fee will be required to regain access to the gallery.
Scope of Work:
Photographer may decline or charge an additional fee for services or deliverables that are reasonably deemed outside the agreed-upon Scope of Work.
Delivery Timeline:
Final edited images will be delivered within 30 days of the session.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Sessions canceled within 30 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
Sessions canceled more than 30 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund.
Down payments for events are non-refundable.
Sessions may be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
If rescheduled more than 30 days after the initial payment, the session may be retained as a credit for a future date.
Late Arrival Policy:
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a $25 late fee.
Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will incur a $50 late fee.
These fees account for the photographer’s time and scheduling.
Exclusivity and Access:
Adina Levitan Photography will be the exclusive professional photographer for the session.
Friends and family may use personal cameras, provided they do not interfere with or obstruct professional coverage.
It is the Client’s responsibility to secure access to all photography locations. Adina Levitan Photography is not liable for missed coverage due to access restrictions.
Creative Control and Limitations:
Creative decisions regarding photography and editing style are at the discretion of Adina Levitan Photography. Special requests are welcome and will be honored when possible, within reason.
Adina Levitan Photography is not liable for issues beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, accidents, or guest interference.
In the event of illness, accident, or any reasonable cause requiring contract termination, all monies paid will be fully refunded. Any liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client.
Client Review:
Clients must notify Adina Levitan Photography of any technical or quality issues within 7 days of receiving the final product. After 7 days, the product will be considered accepted and satisfactory.
Session and gallery fees are non-refundable once photos have been delivered.
