Terms and Conditions
Deliverables:
Photographer will provide the Client with a personal online gallery, available for 30 days. After 30 days, a $50 fee will be required to regain access to the gallery.
Scope of Work:
Photographer may decline or charge an additional fee for services or deliverables that are reasonably deemed outside the agreed-upon Scope of Work.
Delivery Timeline:
Final edited images will be delivered within 30 days of the session.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Sessions canceled within 30 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
Sessions canceled more than 30 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund.
Down payments for events are non-refundable.
Sessions may be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
If rescheduled more than 30 days after the initial payment, the session may be retained as a credit for a future date.
Late Arrival Policy:
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a $25 late fee.
Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will incur a $50 late fee.
These fees account for the photographer’s time and scheduling.
Exclusivity and Access:
Adina Levitan Photography will be the exclusive professional photographer for the session.
Friends and family may use personal cameras, provided they do not interfere with or obstruct professional coverage.
It is the Client’s responsibility to secure access to all photography locations. Adina Levitan Photography is not liable for missed coverage due to access restrictions.
Creative Control and Limitations:
Creative decisions regarding photography and editing style are at the discretion of Adina Levitan Photography. Special requests are welcome and will be honored when possible, within reason.
Adina Levitan Photography is not liable for issues beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, accidents, or guest interference.
In the event of illness, accident, or any reasonable cause requiring contract termination, all monies paid will be fully refunded. Any liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client.
Client Review:
Clients must notify Adina Levitan Photography of any technical or quality issues within 7 days of receiving the final product. After 7 days, the product will be considered accepted and satisfactory.
Session and gallery fees are non-refundable once photos have been delivered.
